• Perishable Items Policy: Dates, nuts, dry fruits, and food products are perishable goods. Returns are generally accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Reporting Issues: Any issues with your order (damaged goods, wrong items) must be reported to us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos as evidence.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days after inspection.
